I picked up flu virus from my hubby, and became very sick yesterday. Sore throat, sinus infection, headache and body-ache, my Monday was miserable. I took a bunch of OTC medication, slept a whole day, then get much better today.

I went to monthly Ortho appointment this morning. Dr.Arnold put two springs in my mouth, they suppose to reposition my jaw. Anyhow, another miserable day. Anyone has ever worn braces knows.

That's why I picked those lighter colors to bright up my day.
