A must-go place in NYC for us is Metropolitan Museum. The little boy loves Egyptian exhibition and arms & armor. He wore his lately favorite, a silly warrior hat or helmet, to the museum today, and received numerous compliments. My hubby even called him a mobile landmark in the city. During shoes shopping, SAs always could easily found me in the crowd...

I took home a pair of Christian Louboutin Atomic 100 calf browse in taupe. For 4'' heels, they are definitely comfy! The cut-off style (an extra strap on the top) makes these slingback pumps easy to wear; the back strap doesn't fall down. I bought size 6.5 (half size up of my normal shoe size).
I also love the leopard print wedge booties (same here), which are on sale at $717 in New York Barneys. Could not spoil myself that much, so finally I let this pretty pair go. Also, you might need to go half size up for this particular style.
For anyone who is interested in a full frame camera, Amazon has Nikon D800 on sale. We bought a D800 four months ago, and are very happy at this camera!
